I have tried to contact Tribal Pages several times about the fact that I do NOT want to renew my account but as there was a auto renewal in place your company has taken my money and I cannot get anyone to reply to any of my requests. Please respond !

Exactly the same with me. They did not take payment from PPAY (confirmed by PPAL) BUT have marked my two Family Trees as "subscription has expired" . I have phoned and left messages, sent emails but absolutely zero response . Does anyone know how to contact Tribal Pages ??
